UPERFECT BE156PF: Will 1080p60 and Touch Work?
The UPERFECT BE156PF supports 1920×1080 at 60 Hz and includes a 10-point touchscreen. Display output and touchscreen input are separate compatibility questions: a laptop can successfully show video while touch still depends on the operating system and connection path.

Does the UPERFECT BE156PF support 1080p at 60 Hz?
Yes. UPERFECT documents the BE156PF at 1920×1080 resolution and 60 Hz.
The monitor uses an IPS panel and provides two full-featured USB-C ports for audio/video or power input, plus a mini HDMI input for audio and video.
Your laptop still needs a compatible video-output path. A USB-C connector alone does not prove that the laptop supports video over that port.

Will the touchscreen work over USB-C?
UPERFECT says laptops with a full-featured USB-C port can connect to its touchscreen monitors using a USB-C to USB-C cable for touch input.
Some devices may also need separate power connected to the monitor. UPERFECT warns that insufficient power can result in a black screen even when USB-C is being used.
The host operating system still matters. A physical USB-C connection does not guarantee touchscreen support on every laptop.
Will touch work when using HDMI?
HDMI carries the picture and audio, but it does not by itself provide the USB touch-data connection.
UPERFECT's touchscreen instructions say an HDMI setup should also use a USB-A to USB-C cable between the computer and monitor to provide the touch-data path, along with power to the monitor.
So a laptop connected only by HDMI may display the 1080p image correctly while touchscreen input does not function.
Does touch work on Windows laptops?
UPERFECT states that Windows laptops with full-featured USB-C can connect directly to its touchscreen monitors using USB-C to USB-C and support touch functionality.
If touch does not map correctly, UPERFECT also provides Windows touch-input configuration instructions in its support documentation.
DeskCheck still does not treat every Windows USB-C port as equivalent. The specific laptop port needs to support the required video and USB data path.
Does touch work on a MacBook?
Do not assume it does.
UPERFECT specifically warns that some laptops can connect to a touchscreen monitor for video while the operating system does not support touchscreen functionality.
Its current support documentation says macOS touchscreen compatibility varies by macOS version and product model. The BE156PF is not explicitly listed in UPERFECT's current examples of models supporting touch on newer macOS releases.
For that reason, DeskCheck treats BE156PF video output and Mac touchscreen support as separate questions. A working 1080p image does not prove that touch will work.
What about Linux and ChromeOS?
UPERFECT's touchscreen support documentation says Linux and ChromeOS can use its standard monitors for display, but it does not support touchscreen functionality on those operating systems.
That means the BE156PF may still function as a normal external display on a compatible video path even when touch is unavailable.

Important limitations
- The monitor itself supports 1920×1080 at 60 Hz, but the laptop and connection path must also support that display mode.
- A USB-C connector does not automatically mean that the host port supports DisplayPort video output.

- HDMI alone does not provide the touchscreen data path.
- Operating-system support for touch varies. Video compatibility should not be treated as proof of touchscreen compatibility.
